  1. View credits, reviews, tracks and shop for the Vinyl release of Canadiana Suite on Discogs. Label: Mercury - 18PJ • Format: Vinyl LP, Album, Reissue, Stereo, Mono • Country: Japan • Genre: Jazz • Style: Bop, Contemporary Jazz.
  2. The CD is of Oscar Peterson's Canadiana Suite, which dates from the mid's and is a wonderfully cohesive set of pieces that were written to go together -- and does so beautifully. Peterson also produced a much-less effective piece that is called his Canadian Suite; it is far less coherent. I also have it/5(39).
  3. Shop 21 records for sale for album Canadiana suite by Oscar Peterson on CDandLP in Vinyl and CD format.
  4. OSCAR PETERSON TRIO Canadian Suite ( US 8-track mono LP, with Ray Brown on bass and Edmund Thigpen drums, housed in a textured gatefold picture sleeve with integral booklet. The staples have rusted inside yet the sleeve is otherwise excellentand the vinyl looks barely played LM).
  5. The remarkable pianist Oscar Peterson had never been thought of that much as a composer, making this set of eight of his compositions a bit of a surprise when it was originally released. Now available on CD, Peterson's tribute to his native Canada includes several noteworthy pieces of which "Hogtown Blues" and "Wheatland" are best known.
